Looking for an EDC pocket knife. Little bit on the inexpensive side.?

Im looking for a new EDC knife. I currently have Kershaw Ram and Love it but its big, heavy, and scary.

My requirements, not in any order.
-Cost $50 or less but I am flexible if I can get an amazing knife for $60
-Blade size 3″ or smaller (still flexible but I want a smaller lighter knife)
-Not scary, What i mean is something I can pull out say in public to open my bag of skittles and people wont get uneasy around it (seen that happen with tactical styled knives)
-Pocket clip is a 100% must have
-Decent blade steel, nothing with steel such as AUS4
-Some kind of locking mechanism
-The ability to open one handed, wether it be a thumb stud on the blade, a flipper blade, or a spring assited blade theres times when one handed opening is a must for me.

Guess I might add NO SERRATION. Cant stand serration and my knives are kept sharp enough that its not needed Maybe on a survival knive but for EDC if my knife cant cut it its either A: Not being maintained in the sharpness department B: wrong tool for the job

What are your favorite knife brands? Mine are Kershaw, Case, Gerber, and Benchmade. In my opinion Kershaw may be the best. I personally like the Kershaw Leek, Blur, and Crown. Also what are some good folding knives to check out? Thanks.

Good survival knife for Camping/Survival?

See i was looking at reviews about the Gerber LMF II and i was really thinking about getting this knife for a good survival knife but someone was buttoning is on some wood and the handle broke so now im just like really lost so and suggestions and a good all around survival/ camping/ anything knife? And i know the whole thing ” Everybody has their own personal survival knife ” but i need to see what to get to see if it fits me so im not spending thousands of dollars on knives that are crappy.

Why won\’t my pistol level up? (MW3)?

I play MW3 knifing only and I’ve been trying to get a tactical knife attachment for it. No shooting just knifing using a tactical knife USP my friend drops for me repeatedly. In the barracks/challenge menu I can see that the kills are registering. However, my gun is level 1. I don’t see any increase in the level, in the create a class menu. I’ve completed marksman challenge I, and almost II but nothing. Anyone have any explanation? I play on PS3, in case that matters. Any input you can provide would be appreciated.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY. The second answer ignored the fact that the kills register but don’t level up my gun. And that I use the tactical knife attachment not the knife.

Best friend going to the air force, what do I get him?

My best friend is leaving for the airforce in like 2 weeks, I want to get him something that he can take with him to boot camp. Telling someone about CUTTING (I\’m 14)?

I’ve been self harming for some time now, it started off with scratches and then to cuts, I’ve used a razorblade which made me bleed a bit and I started to go deeper and it bleeds more, I’ve just recently started to use a utility knife blade aswell.
I cut whenever I feel upset, lonely or sad/depressed and I think its getting worst. I know its not right to cut but its an escape, it makes me feel calmer and feel better when I feel miserable.
I don’t want to give it up but at the same time I know its best for me to get help. I’ve been very impulsive and seriously thought about suicide many times, I’m afraid that one day it’ll get very worse..
I know a teacher who has helped me in the past with bullying issues and she helps other students, shes not a teacher or counseller, she has a room to help students with advice, she works with the anti bullying team, but I know she isnt a counseller at all, and because shes helped me in the past I can trust her and I think I should let her know about my self harm addiction..

How do I go about telling her? “I self harm..and I want some help” and show her my arm? I don’t know what to say exactly I mean.

Would my parents have to be called up? Will my subject teachers all have to know? (I don’t mind so much)

What would happen after I tell her? will I have to see a counseller? what are the stages of the help/therapy?
