I need help puting a video for my m3 ds real card please help.?

I need to put a video on it so i downloaded a video onto my computer then i made a file on my card saying video then i put the video in the folder. But when i try to play the video it doesn’t work what am i doing wrong? please help i have no clue wat to do????

i bought the adapter online for my ds and now it wont let me put anything on it i even tried to add a folder on it keeps saying file or folder or attachment depending on what im trying to do is no longer there would i like try and locate it

is it because it american and im in ireland or did i mess up somewhere it annoying me

if anyone has any tips or ideas about wat wrong is would be much appreciated
