can i play my nds rom files on my 3ds by the sd card or will i need to buy a compatible r4 card?

i have a r4i but it don’t work with it cause it is not a compatible version

r4 DS "cannot find sd/tf " problem?

Using Action Replay for Emulation on Nintendo DSI?

I am looking to emulate my old gameboy advanced games on my dsi, and know that there are r4 cards that allow this. I also understand that the Action Replay has a microSD slot and could probably be used for the same purpose. How does it stack up to an r4 card for emulation (i dont care about cheats) for gba, gbc, snes, genesis, and even ds roms, and how would i go about doing this?

so i bought a wifi R4 upgrade revolution for ds (ndsl/nds) to put my sons games on a micro sdhc card?

I have a ndsi xl and the micro card is to be put in the r4 card that looks just like a ds game but when turning the system on it pops up unable to read data or something is their some thing im missing when i put the micro card in the computer it pops up and lets you in to all the games so my question is am i missing a step on the dsi xl or do i just have the wrong r4 card for the dsi xl

My DS Lite plays all other DS games but not the R4DSL Card?

okay I think some pins are bent in my Slot 1, but then again, it plays all my other DS Cartridges, just not my R4 Cartridge, and yes it is a ds lite r4 cart, and everything is installed right cause it plays perfect on my sisters DS Lite, what could the problem be? thanks in advance.

I am afraid of the latest Nintendo update blocking my r4 dsi Gold from being used on my Nintendo DSi. Is that even possible? If so can I reset my DS to make all the updates get removed?

I just do not want to own a DS that ends up blocking my R4DS,can anyone confirm this?
