Ok, let’s say you have a lot of homework that is due tomorrow. You were busy all day, and its getting late at night and you have to finish it. Is it better to stay up late and get it all done? Or to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier to get it done?

I work 7 days a week…12 hours a day…for 6 weeks straights…(6 on 2 off)

I have to work 6:30am to 6:30pm…

I was wondering what is the best aproach to fixing my sleep patterns/schedule?

I havent slept at night or years in fear I only feel safe being awake at night. I figure if I stay awake if some bad person comes in my house I can hurt them before they laid a hand on my family.

I’ve tried staying up all night AND day then going to bed early. Then waking up early and going to bed early. That last for 2-4 days the most at keeping the right schedule. Even when I go to bed I had horrific traumatizing nightmares.

What should I do. I feel so inomniatic at night too like I’m literally not even tired like I feel sooooo much adrenalin flowing.
Thanks on the therapy for the nightmares advice I was wondering about that too.

Having trouble sleeping?

This has never happened before, but I broke up from school last Friday and when I was in school I was having a lot of trouble sleeping and I was tired all the time. I assumed this was because I had to wake up at half 6 and it had been a long term. Then I thought i’d catch up in the holidays. For the whole of this week I’ve either been really tired, gone to bed early then woke up early and be really tired again, or not be tired at all, go to bed late, wake up early and be really tired. If I wake up early, I get really bored and restless in bed. I tried having an early night and that was at half 8 and then I woke up the next day at half 9. This was a 13 hour sleep but I was still tired. I’m a 14 year old girl and this has made me have dark circles under my eyes pretty much all the time, how can I get a good nights sleep? Any remedies or suggestions?

how much ever i think to wake up early it always the opposite i wake up at 12noon mostly. i finish my dinner around 10 and will sleep by 1 and even if i get to open my eyes in the early morning i’m not able to get out of the bed i just keep saying to myself 5mins 5mins n goes on..

i also chew tobacco daily though not much and occasionally drinking liquior

could u consider the buses a realistic way to travel to work?

if anyone’s been here it’s a total mess. and there just seems no way possible to be that dumb. they seriously have nothing but mentally handicapped people trying to drive buses and they’re just running into poles or not showing up. some are even getting out of buses cause they’re just too stupid

like i have to wake up early to catch a bus. the bus is supposed to come at 4:11 and i get there about 4 am

and only twice has the bus actually came. out of about seven times

like it’s not my fault they’re retarded why should have to deal with the consequences?

not to mention they accept fare to ride these busses

how to wake up early for a run?

I’m normally a late sleeper. But I want to begin waking up early and going for a run to help lose weight. I have before 7 in the morning.
How can i wake myself up and feel energized?
How early should i go if i am very self conscious? I don’t want anyone i know in my neighbor hood to notice.
I want to lose 30 pounds so if i do this, how long will it take if i also change my diet?
I have work at night most nights so i can’t go for a run.
I don’t have a bike.

Also winter is coming up, how do i overcome it?? I have no where else to run :S
Though how much are good life fitness fees monthly? That way i might be able to go every morning during the winter within 3 months??

ok so theres this guy from my country tht i like. i go to my country every summer and we are neighbors. whenever i would see him he would always look at me, and stare, and smile. i remember when he was once with his friends, he saw me from afar and then he told his friends something, and then at once they were all staring at me.. i also remember when he once told my cousin (who is his friend) that i am very “tall , pretty, and i have a nice body”. also i remember going out with my friends and i would see him, and i woudnt want to make it obvious tht i like him, so i would glance at him once and turn my face the other way, and i would make my friend tell me if he was looking at me, and she would tell me “he was looking at you, staring and smiling, and i turned around to look at him from behind and he turned your way and was looking at you behind”.
just this summer i found out he has a brother who is like 2 years older then him, and i’ve never in my life seen his brother (my cousin showed me him this summer).. then the last two days in my country, i saw his brother “bob” (thats not his real name).. and my friend was telling me that his brother was staring at me. she would tell me “wow his brother is staring at you as your walking and hes just looking at you up and down, and staring at you”.. and i was thinking what if “joey” told “bob” about me.. or is it tht his brother doesnt know me and he just was staring at me because he probably found me attractive..
then i arrived in america on september 1st, and i know “joeys” first and last name (because my cousin is his friend, and he told me) so i sent him a request on facebook, and he accepted me . now i reeeally wanted to begin a convo with him, so i saw that he was online on chat, so i sent him a message : and i will sum it all up by saying that i began the convo by saying hi neghbor, and then later i was like ” im sorry neighbor, im probably bothering you”, and hes like “no dont worry i just went online to see whats new on fb because today i woke up early and im tired and i want to sleep right now”. then i got kinda mad when he said tht because it sounded like he was telling me “i dont want to tlk to you” . so i said: ok sorry bye”. and then hes like “wait, wait, i will be on a bit longer, i didnt say im going offline ” and then i was like “ok joey ___(im not using his real name), we will speak again because its getting late for me” hes lke “ok ____ (my name) good night ” . im like “good night, we’ll speak again “. and hes like ” “.
now from everything ive told you, from the staring to the message. does “joey” like me?,
and what about his brother? does his brother find me attractive or do you think
joey told him about me, and so bob looks at me for “joey”?
BTW keep in mind that this message is the first time me
and “joey” EVER communicated. we’ve never talked in real life or messages, this
is the first time i spoke to him (the message). and dont forget he sent me winks , and the part when he told me to wait, because hell be on longer. does this mean he wanted to talk to me more?
