My complaint didn’t seem any close to it.
I can’t feel my emotions. Sometimes I KNOW I’m happy, I KNOW I love my boyfriend and I KNOW I’m sad but I can’t feel it. It’s like my mind knows what I’m supposed to feel but my body isn’t cooperating. It’s like I’m emotionally detached all the time.Time moves so fast and that I feel like what I’m living in isn’t real because I know the REAL me isn’t emotionless. The real me was lively, happy, excited about everything and full of ambition.. what happened to me? I feel so sorry for everyone because they’re trying to make me happy but I just feel so emotionally numb! I feel sorry because I can’t be the normal me around them I just want to be me again…

This all happened after discovering and freaking out about my hemorrhoids. (I thought it was serious and deadly or something like that) After that, everything just didn’t feel the same anymore. It was like I’m uninterested in the world and I don’t want anything… And she diagnoses me as bipolar ? Or she’d like to call it ‘Mood disorder?’
Does it really sound like a mood disorder? I mean… I can’t even FEEL my moods.
Sure, I cry and I laugh but I can’t feel anything genuine about it..
Any thoughts about this ?

Also, I was given Depakote (mood stabilizer) to take. Will this help me get my emotions back and be my old self again? When will I snap out of this unrealistic…ness. ;_; I really want to miss things and be excited about things again.. I’ve been taking the meds for less than a week. Do you think it’ll help me get myself back? I really want to be the old me again

What is an inexpensive laser light that I can mount on the ceiling of my room?

Alright, I am finishing up my room for my senior year and I want a laser light. I want one that has multiple green lasers. They don’t need to move but if they can it is just as good. I need one that is fairly inexpensive, meaning less than $100 and preferably no more than $120. i want to mount it in the corner of my room on the ceiling so i’d rather it be not very bulky.

OK, so for about a year now our house’s Wii has been making an obnoxious whirring sound that drives all of us crazy. We suspect it’s either the disc motor or the fan, so we can’t fix it by ourselves.

Also, the eject button is jammed and you have to apply a LOT of pressure just to get the disc out.

Kid\’s Mom is constantly texting kids while they are on visitation with Dad.?

My husband’s ex is texting the kids constantly when the kids are with us for his visitation. The kids become very secretive about what they are doing on their iPods (which can txt) and cell phones. On this particular occasion, we can ascertain that the conversation is about one of the boys possibly going back to her house a day early so he doesn’t have to wake up early at dad’s. On most occasions I’m sure she is just inquiring about what we are doing out of curiosity? Being nosey? We are not the type of people that expose the kids to bad influences (partying, bad movies, language, etc.) so there is virtually no reason for her to be afraid that the kids are suffering in any way.

I have urged my husband to discuss this with her. He certainly does not call/txt the kids constantly when they are with her. I feel like they should check their media devices at the door and use the telephone if they want to contact their mom. At this point, it is a real game to her and unfortunately, the kids are caught up in the middle.

Insight, advice or wisdom is greatly appreciated.
Clarification that the kids are 10, 11 and 15. They are beyond the age of “missing mommy”. The texting is most definitely of the nature of bitching about what we are doing here. “Dad is making me clean my room” or “I’m bored”. I’m sure she is feeding the beast in most cases by comiserating with their complaints. She will often point out the “down side” of the way Dad lives rather than support that relationship for the good of the kids.
