Does he like me?????????????????????????????????(read everything ppl)?

ok so theres this guy from my country tht i like. i go to my country every summer and we are neighbors. whenever i would see him he would always look at me, and stare, and smile. i remember when he was once with his friends, he saw me from afar and then he told his friends something, and then at once they were all staring at me.. i also remember when he once told my cousin (who is his friend) that i am very “tall , pretty, and i have a nice body”. also i remember going out with my friends and i would see him, and i woudnt want to make it obvious tht i like him, so i would glance at him once and turn my face the other way, and i would make my friend tell me if he was looking at me, and she would tell me “he was looking at you, staring and smiling, and i turned around to look at him from behind and he turned your way and was looking at you behind”.
just this summer i found out he has a brother who is like 2 years older then him, and i’ve never in my life seen his brother (my cousin showed me him this summer).. then the last two days in my country, i saw his brother “bob” (thats not his real name).. and my friend was telling me that his brother was staring at me. she would tell me “wow his brother is staring at you as your walking and hes just looking at you up and down, and staring at you”.. and i was thinking what if “joey” told “bob” about me.. or is it tht his brother doesnt know me and he just was staring at me because he probably found me attractive..
then i arrived in america on september 1st, and i know “joeys” first and last name (because my cousin is his friend, and he told me) so i sent him a request on facebook, and he accepted me . now i reeeally wanted to begin a convo with him, so i saw that he was online on chat, so i sent him a message : and i will sum it all up by saying that i began the convo by saying hi neghbor, and then later i was like ” im sorry neighbor, im probably bothering you”, and hes like “no dont worry i just went online to see whats new on fb because today i woke up early and im tired and i want to sleep right now”. then i got kinda mad when he said tht because it sounded like he was telling me “i dont want to tlk to you” . so i said: ok sorry bye”. and then hes like “wait, wait, i will be on a bit longer, i didnt say im going offline ” and then i was like “ok joey ___(im not using his real name), we will speak again because its getting late for me” hes lke “ok ____ (my name) good night ” . im like “good night, we’ll speak again “. and hes like ” “.
now from everything ive told you, from the staring to the message. does “joey” like me?,
and what about his brother? does his brother find me attractive or do you think
joey told him about me, and so bob looks at me for “joey”?
BTW keep in mind that this message is the first time me
and “joey” EVER communicated. we’ve never talked in real life or messages, this
is the first time i spoke to him (the message). and dont forget he sent me winks , and the part when he told me to wait, because hell be on longer. does this mean he wanted to talk to me more?
