How do I fix my sleep schedule?
I was wondering what is the best aproach to fixing my sleep patterns/schedule?
I havent slept at night or years in fear I only feel safe being awake at night. I figure if I stay awake if some bad person comes in my house I can hurt them before they laid a hand on my family.
I’ve tried staying up all night AND day then going to bed early. Then waking up early and going to bed early. That last for 2-4 days the most at keeping the right schedule. Even when I go to bed I had horrific traumatizing nightmares.
What should I do. I feel so inomniatic at night too like I’m literally not even tired like I feel sooooo much adrenalin flowing.
Thanks on the therapy for the nightmares advice I was wondering about that too.
