is it possible that anyone can create spycam on the the computer by now?

there was someone telling me that he views me thru their spycamera… i really wonder bcuz this guys never ever has the access of my pc and never ever my place too…. all he knows for me s my email id… so the only idea comes on me s thru computer… so is this spycamera on the computers possible?

am serious wt my question…. i want a serious answers please
