Is this hemorrhoids? Do i have hemorrhoids?

I went to the toilet last week and i saw blood on my poop and it was dripping from my anus.

The poop was rock harrd, it took me 2 minutes to get it out fully, i was really pusshing.

My anus really hurt for 5 mintes, allso i can fill numbness when i sit down.

When i was wiping myself there was alot of britgh red blood from the side of my anus.

I pressed down on it with tissue to stop it bleading and it hurt aliitle.

This is like the 8th time there was blood throught my life, even in childhood, and mostly have hard poop.
