My fiancee lost his job about 6 months ago in which he and his employer had a verbal & written contract?

His employer just broke the contract that my fiancee and his boss both agreed to. Well because his boss just up and dropped him one day, my fiancee has been trying to get a job but so far it’s been impossible to find anything that is going to pay the bills. Well even though his boss just dropped him out of nowhere, we haven’t been able to pay some of our bills including rent. We are now in the process of a eviction suite and we have tried everything to come up with the money but it’s just not enough. On top of all of this, we had found out that there had been a key logger stealing our personal info which led to draining out our checking accounts and any loans that we got to try and pay rent with. We have informed our apt manager of this and she just doesn’t care, go figure. Why would she? It’s not happening to her and effecting her life and kids! If things couldn’t get worse, I had just got through a almost 3 year custody battle with my ex. We finally gained primary custody to my son, but now his father doesn’t want to pay child support, making this even harder on not only us, but most importantly, his son! So, i’m having to wait on the courts to make him pay child support and who knows how long that’s going to take. It’s just been one thing after another and we have tried everything in our power to get out of this situation but we still just cant pay rent. The manager who filed the eviction is taking this to court and we are going to try and fight it due to many outstanding circumstances. We asked for a jury so we are going to have the jurys opinion in this as well. Hopefully someone in that jury has a heart!
Now that you have a idea of what our current situation is, I WANNA KNOW IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN IN THIS KIND OF SIMILAR SITUATION AND ACTUALLY WENT TO COURT FOR EVICTION AND WON?? IF SO, WHAT DID YOU DO OR SAY WHILE IN COURT TO HELP YOUR CASE?

Also, there is one other problem, since we are being evicted from our current residence, and the judge finds the case in the managers favor, and we have to move, how would we even get into another house since my fiancee’s contract was broken? Most places want pay stubs and proof that you can pay the rent. Is there anyway to get around this so that we wouldn’t be homeless?
