my micro sd will not work?

hi, i had bought a dstt and been using it for a while now, it worked perfectly but then one morning i try to boot up a game and it stays on the loding screen, (i am using ysmenu 6.72) anyway so i try to delete the kernel and basically refresh my entire r4 but when i try to do anything with the contents of the microsd card, it just comes up with an error message, one was “cannot read file from source file or disk” another was “cannot find the specified file” The imcro sd card is a 4gb sandisk and I am currently using a samsung sd micro sd adapter
