What is the best mod chip that can be used for my PS2?

I love to mod stuff for a side hobby. I moded my Playstation One and it sure work great. But then I started thinking about moding my Playstation 2. I decided to look around for mod chips. I seen some mod chips out there, but I’m worried about which chip can be the best. I’m just basically asking what mod chip is the best out there for a Playstation 2.

Just to let you know my Playstation 2 is a Verision 4.
