What’s the differences between the xecuter ck3 and ck31 and do they both easily work with the ck3 probe 3?

What\’s the differences between the xecuter ck3 and ck31 and do they both easily work with the ck3 probe 3?
The ck3 is 14 bucks and comes with a power supplie the ck31 is 40 bucks but doesn’t come with a power supply and a power supplie is 15 bucks so that’s 55 bucks is it worth it?
